“The food was sub-par. The staff was minimal. The sink fell thru and they never fixed it, then tried to make it my fault with 4 inches of liquid nails from before.... The morning lady is super rude and nosey. Sketch to say the least. No-tell motel, pay by the hour kinda place. ”

“On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

“All in all it was good for the price, the breakfast was good but slow to come out. The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. Mine slipped getting out and split her knee on the drain grate”

“This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty.”

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself……

“No coffee make as the room details state. Room was dirty, I had to get Clorox wipes to go over bathroom floor before I would use it. ”

“Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. ”

“The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there.”

“The cleaning fragrances that they use in the room kept me up all night could not sleep whatever they're using in there is very strong and harsh hard to breathe even with the window open”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Bed was comfy. Bathroom was roomy and set up well. Lots of room in main area. ”

“Clean, great staff. Some construction nothing major. I guess like everywhere coffee shop prices are so high. Miss beverage stations here. Coffee and soda are complimentary from waitress but not convenient like beverage station.”
