「The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. 」

「This little house could be very cute with some updating. The good: things were clean -- the beds/sheets, the floors, the counters, etc. The mattresses were decent. We loved the little electric fireplace that made things seem warm and cozy on a cold winter's day.The bad: it didn't seem like the house had been deep cleaned before renting. 「Decent place for the cost, if you don’t mind the funky smell in a couple of the bedrooms. Ours smelled like dirty feet. The ceiling fans were coated in dust and the bedrooms could have been vacuumed better. Beds were comfortable however.
