"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"Cleanliness of the changing rooms to the hot springs needs to be improved. There was a used mask in the male steam room and an opened bottle of water on the table which were still there on the next day. Staff were attentive in the dining room and took away the dirty dishes promptly. "
