The staff was amazingly helpful. We are from the Southwest of the U.S. and our Chinese is not the best, the staff was very patient and accommodating. The offered to store our luggage to assist us while we had a few extra days in town backpacking. Would definitely stay here again! 非常感谢你。您的酒店很棒！

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and provided information in English for us. They also went out of their way to arrange 2 early morning taxis for us (5 people and a ton of luggage to get to the airport).

Very convenient location with 2 min walk to the subway station. One of the best breakfast in Taipei but suggest the restaurant to choose some of the dishes for guests that stay for few days. Also Tv channel selection is very limited and it comes to my surprise that it isn’t a smart TV.
