An oasis of peace and quiet - fully equipped and comfortable. Wood burner great for cool evenings.. Shower fridge, microwave and proper cooker/oven Ideal setup for two.Skipton (by train) is easy and the town is magic with real shops and eating places. Living streets with people. bustling about - a real blast from the past instead of retail parks and dead high streets.

Lovely place to stay, feels like you are miles from anywhere.

Lovely place to stay, feels like you are miles from anywhere. It was very comfortable although the sofa was not good as regards comfort. I appreciate it has to be small due to the space allowed but for me it was not great. Other than that I cannot fault it, had a lovely three days there.

Fantastic, little shepherd's hut,just needs a little maintenance and TLC, outside garden area with summer house is an added bonus ,great location for exploring surrounding areas, train station in village with links to Skipton and Leeds , 2 lovely pubs in village , only used the car one day of our 4 day break,will definetly be staying again next year ðŸ˜€

Loved the location in the village of Cononley and having a private garden on the edge of a campsite.

Loved the location in the village of Cononley and having a private garden on the edge of a campsite. Very quirky accommodation and retro furniture. Towels, Bedding and mattress could do with an update. We were glad weâ€™d taken our own bedding and towels. The cooker and microwave are good. It would be better from a cooking perspective if there was at least a frying pan and some microwave dishes in the cupboard. Shower was great! The chrome baskets definitely need to be replaced. Villagers were sooo friendly! 2 pubs and a village store. Train station too. Go and see Skipton Castle on the train. We loved it and were lucky with the best weather. Overall had a good week in the hut ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
