First of all when about this hotel they show me in website. They have free transport from airport to the hotel and back from Hotel to the airport when I contact the hotel they said no it’s not for free. I said okay if it’s not for free why put in website And I ask you for a refund for that and they said no we can do it and the reception man had tried to make some money from me and he would like to book a taxi for me like double price and then when I do for booking, he been shouting at me.

No one spoke English except the manager. There is no AC except in the room and that is turned off until you inserted your key which meant sitting in 40 C for an hour before you are comfortable. Bed linens were not changed for three days. Bathroom cleaning very superficial. Shower full of black mildew. Closet door stuck shut and could not be opened. Food quality very poor, one dish (fried green peppers) was not popular so they kept reheating it and serving it for four days even though no one touched it. If you came to eat after the first hour certain items were not replenished. Waiters would wipe the table cloth with their dirty hands tossing the crumbs on the floor then handling the cutlery with the same dirty hands. This is a filthy place that should never be rated at all let alone being presented as a 4 star facility.

Mutfak inanılmaz kötü. Açık büfede aç kalıyorsunuz resmen. Snack büfe dedikleri şey kupkuru market köftesi. Bir kontrol ortamı yok çokta güvenli hissetmiyorsunuz otelde. Animasyon ekibi diye koydukları ekip değil saygısız sokak serserisi. Bizim Türk olduğumuzu anlamayıp yanımızda Ruslara Türkçe küfür ediyorlar. Spa bölümünden 15:00’te havlu almak istedik bu saatte havlu mu alınır tarzı bir konuşma yaptılar. İnanılmaz kötü bir deneyimdi paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz. Herkes asık suratlı. Berbattı.

Guzel temiz guvenilir otel

Antalya havalimanindan HAVAŞ otobusu ve TA08 otobus ile kolay ulaştik. Otele gelince odamiza yerlestik. Oda temizdi. Yemek çeşitleri iyiydi... plaj çakil oldugu icin ayakkabi lazim...aksam disko, konser, gosteri gibi eglenceler var. Havuz suyu ılık ve temizdi. Barlarda herturlu alkollu, alkolsiz icecekler mevcuttir... oteli tavsiye ederim.

Facia!!

Genel olarak iyi bir otel değildi. Havlular örtüler kokuyordu. Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Güler yüz diye bir şey yok. 10 yıl önce konakladığım bu otel 10 yıldanda geride kalmış. Kemer en güzel plaj bölgesinde bence restore edilebilse çok iyi olurdu.

Für diesen niedrigen Preis war es ganz ok. Essen und am Personal müsste man halt arbeiten. Nur Russen im Hotel. Wir haben nur am ersten Tag im hotel gegessen sonst immer draussen.
