"Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well. I particularly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The staff were friendly and helpful--especially Jessica at the front desk. When we inquired why the pool, hot tub, and pool house were uncomfortably cold, they told us they were waiting for a new heater to be installed and offered our family a complementary upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. This allowed our kids to enjoy the water even though the pool was out of commission. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again soon!"
