「My room was quiet considering the neighborhood below the hotel is a busy pub area」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」

「Caroline at the front desk was so lovely & cheerful ! She overheard we were coming to look at Cliveden for our wedding venue & wanted us to feel the experience & excitement so very generously upgraded us! All staff very welcoming - The facilities 10/10 especially the spa ! 」

「The rooms were a bit dated but were in keeping with the old building. The room was big, with a couple of chairs by the window to admire the view. Everything worked and was clean and tidy.」

「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。」

「The Barman, Chris I think! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was there last thing at night and 1st thing in the morning! Always smiling and nothing too much trouble! What a pleasure to me you! Everything was of the highest standard and the breakfast was excellent! 」
