"What a great place! Perfect location for our getaway! The property was perfect and felt like home"

"The space was small, but big enough for the two of us and our twin 11 year old granddaughters. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to visit. The space was clean and well stocked. The dish of candy and the bowl of snacks were enjoyed, especially by the girls (though a lot of the items had passed their expiration date). There's a grocery store nearby. Actually close enough to walk back from Pike Place. Parking on the street, but limited to four hours at a time. Can't be extended until...

"We loved this place! Location was great and the space is perfect for two people. Comfy bed. The baseboards were a little dusty when we got there but otherwise it was pretty clean. Only downside is the walls are very thin, you can hear people coming in and out and the cleaners were listening to podcasts on speaker when we were trying to sleep in the mornings. Overall the location is great and it's totally worth the thin walls."

"This is an absolutely gorgeous condo with a great view of the pier and Farris wheel right outside the main window Walking up to Pike Place market and downtown was a breeze. We used the one line to get from the airport and it was a short walk down to the property. If you want to stay down by the pier and take the transit systems to popular destinations, you don’t need a car, although there is a secure garage space that is provided. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with."

Communications were timely, clear, and helpful. Jeri should teach a master class in vacation rentals—she and this wonderful condo made our stay in Seattle amazing."

"My son and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The neighborhood was quiet with a great view, there was ample street parking, and the unit was meticulously tidy and well stocked with everything you need. No problems with anything and host kept in touch to ensure everything went smoothly."

"The property was great. Rooms were clean. The only problem was during check-in. Nowhere in their listing. Did they tell you the apartment number. After a few phone calls to the property manager we got it figured out but I think for the future they should give you the apartment number along with the door code."

"This property surpassed our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, the location is in a very safe area and walkable to Seattles main attractions. You do have to meet with someone at check in which I actually appreciated getting a tour and being shown how to use the fob key in and out of the condo. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we come back to Seattle."

"Great location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Property manager was accessible and helpful. No air conditioning was tough as we went during an unseasonably hot week. There were a couple fans, though, so that was helpful. Fit family of four very comfortably."

"This was the perfect location for our family trip to Seattle with a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio. It was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would expect in a home. It was great to have the washer and dryer to extend the life of our clothes throughout our trip. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back again."

"We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location was excellent ... very close to the water and to Puget Sound University if you are visiting the college. Our teen walked to the coffee shop down the hill each morning. The neighborhood is very safe. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and large. We also really appreciated the coffee and creamer. Another bonus ... we had forgotten a few items (like toothpaste) and they had a bunch of toiletries that we could...

"This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round."

"It was not terrible. Bed was very soft and comfortable. But everything could be cleaner. Maybe they could contact city to make safer sidewalk to bus stop as well. "

"Great staff, room are clean and spacious. The area is safe and plenty of parking. The so call breakfast is not what I was expecting, is just bag pastries, cereal, and yogurt. I was expecting a hot breakfast. But it’s ok for some travelers. "

"It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌"
