“Nice property.”

“Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and with plenty of facilities… also the bed was really comfortable. Great location in Whitstable!! ”

““Sams snug” was absolutely perfect and very close to most places. It was very clean and had everything you needed . The hosts Nicola and Araon were perfect hosts. Would definitely book to stay here again”

“The accommodation was fine, the location and views excellent. We were there at a very hot period and the main room was uncomfortable until we got a through breeze. We took our own fan, which was a blessing. Otherwise, no grumbles.”

“A cosy home-from-home near the beach (3 min drive, 10-15 walking). It's on a seaside housing estate, but a respectable area. Plenty of room for our family get-together of six adults and four children. Large lounge and two bathrooms, reasonable-sized, well-provided kitchen and dining area. Two large fridges. Sadly, no Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch trains running the weekend we were there, but it must be exciting when they are. Our grandsons love the story of the Railway Children and staying in the……

“The house was not very clean and is in need of decorating and updatingI did not feel comfortable using the shower due to dirt around tray and in the grout / tilesThe kitchen is looking very old and there were stains on the walls, top of the fridge and inside the cupboard that houses the cooking equipment whilst the cupboard for the plates, cups and glasses is bowed and does not look safe. There were also stains on the washing machine fasciaThe ‘porch’ is also water stained inside ”

“The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here!”

“Lovely vacation! Owners really helpful and agreeable. Hiccup with the booking process with cottages.com left me with the wrong dates and very upset. Owners gave extremely helpful and reassuring advice and holiday went without any more problems apart from m25! Thank you both of you!”

“We were completely satisfied with this cozy little apartment. Great location, just a few minutes up to the cliffs and a few minutes down to the very good Coastguard pub and Bay. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There was even bread, butter, eggs and jam ready for us when we arrived - we felt very welcome. We will be very happy to come again!”
