"Generally good with nice staff and adequate facilities. Convenient location for dining and shopping, and can be easily reached by public transport and cars. Breakfast also fairly good with adequate choices and good quality."
"This is my 2nd stay at Ramada Plaza hotel Istanbul city Centre during this 2-week trip in Istanbul. Unfortunately, this 2-night stay was not as satisfying as our first stay. There were 2 main issues: (1) water leaking out from the shower in our first night, resulting in quite a mess on the bathroom floor. We subsequently told the receptionist to have the technician to fix it on the second day. It was never fixed. Water continued to leak out on the second night. (2) Housekeeper did not replenish the body lotion in the bathroom. As such, I would only give a 7 out of 10 points for this stay."
