「The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend anyone to visit this hotel and Chania.」

「We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. 「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」
