「價格不符合住貫好飯店的期待，也舊了些，蚊蟲多不適合小朋友！浴室在房間外，很多不同的蟲在馬桶週邊，水龍頭水有味道不適合刷牙，只能用飲用水，Villa的自用游泳池水不夠乾淨、其他大環境尚可！我們訂3晚住一晚小孩就不敢上廁所及洗澡，只能換到別家飯店，確沒有退任何費用！這是用好幾年的Hotels訂房唯一一次不佳體驗，申訴沒有用！」

「Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. 」

「We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. 「Highly recommended for couples to stay in berry amour hotel! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can all recognize the guests and remember our names~~ The room was very nice with our own pool and everything was very romantic and much better than what we expected!!! We had a great stay in berry and would definitely go back next time. Location was okay, walk few mins so you can catch some restaurants :)」

「The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us.」

「离市区有点远，出去库塔要15分钟车程，酒店有免费去市区的巴士，但没有回程的，出入有点不方便，服务质量不错，服务人员都蛮友好的，就是入住的第一天要交押金，退房的时候会给回你的，房间整洁度不错，里面没什么景观可以看，早餐是自助的可以选择的比较小，就是麦片和面包，还有炒饭炒粉，但总体的性价比还是有的，是公寓式酒店来的，比较适合商务人士住，wifi信号蛮强的」

「地方會偏僻一點! 打車還算方便! 由這去水明漾20分鐘車程，車費不約15-20Krp。環境和服務非常好，我們一共住了七天，5晚的普通套房，2晚的別墅，十分的乾淨舒適! 裡面有一位叫小陳的員工，會説中文，對我們十分照顧，當中我們間隔期六我們忘了訂一晚，還出外了不在酒店，他和其他員工也為我們處理好，特別麻煩他們。早餐比較簡單，但很好吃有特色。叫了兩次中晚餐的Room service，十分實惠好吃! 別墅的房間也很舒適，但因為內外打通的空間，所以蚊子比較多，晚上記得要關好門防蟲防蚊子! 另外就是兩個房型的熱水系統都不太好，水忽冷忽熱，不太好，還好去的當時天氣熱，所以沒造成太大問題! 我們在房間拍了不少人像照片，是個很好的酒店。」

「the room is excellent , quite spacious, we have good rest there. the location is not ideal but the staff provide transportation service . The former manger promised to provide free shuttle bus from our wedding company, but the staff still wanted charge us 15 usd for that, after showing them the email , they refunded to us. Overall, it is a good place to recommend.」

「I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

「We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome. Thank you!」
