“I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful! Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in……

“Loved our stay at iVilla. Reception area was really nice and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was really big and clean, so was the pool area. The location of the hotel was great. We love to walk so getting around for us was perfect. If I had to nic pick, the water stopped working for a couple of hours but we were going out so it was fixed by the time we came back. “The location was great, just right next to W hotel. Our butler was very friendly and helpful by sending us back to our villa and suggesting us where to go. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need so basically you don't need to step out of your villa. The swimming pool is also very clean with circulation going through every day and its large enough for you to have a decent swim/enjoy the floating breakfast. Will definitely stop by again when we go back to bali.”
