Overall Great Place
Stayed one night after the eclipse. The place was clean and nice appointed. Only negative I can say is I wish there were 4 bar stools to eat inside as the only table is in the common area outside and it was windy. I would stay again.

Weeklong work stay
This was a great place for two working men to stay. Nice beds and very clean and well stocked kitchen. Location was right in the middle of town.

Great home to stay at! We stayed almost a week exploring the area around Kerrville. Highly recommend it. It was quiet, peaceful, super clean, new, well cared for, great area for walks. Will definitely come again..

Loved it!
Absolutely perfect, thank you so very much! Only feed-back I would provide is improve the internet connection with the TV....... Channels and Apps were difficult to load from time to time...... Had to keep trying before they would load....... Would absolutely recommend it and stay again.... BTW - we won 3rd place in the Golf Tourney!

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in Kerrville! The house was very clean, well stocked and very pleasant to stay at. It even had a real coffee pot with real coffee - not a Keurig and one cup at a time. Thanks Tom and Erin for making our Kerrville trip so comfortable! I would definitely recommend their property to friends and family and will stay there again next time I find myself down south in Hill Country. Thanks again! Lisa

This place is sublime
We really loved our stay. Our daughters were in town performing at the theater so we needed a place close to downtown but that also could accommodate a small trailer. This place has a huge parking area so it worked so well. In addition, the house has all the finishing touches and modern conveniences. It is perfect for bringing a dog. The backyard is so cute and fun. We relaxed under the string lights while our dog played and was in heaven. It was easy in and out and super clean. Would definitely stay there again and it looks like they are renovating a bigger house right next door and would love to stay there next year. Thank you all for a great stay!

Great Rental in Kerrville
Rental looks like something out of an HGTV remodel show. Really nice effort on every detail. Backyard is cute and safe for dogs. There is an attached second unit but we never heard them, thick walls. Its great to visit a pet friendly rental that is clean and updated.
