First House, Set in Kettering in the Northamptonshire region, First house features a good 3 spacious bedroom, high celling Victorian style. Spacious and clean living room areas including a large dining table and chairs for 6 people .
This property is just 22km/13miles from Northampton, huge advantage and access to Silverstone activates etc.
The holiday home includes 3 bedrooms ,spacious living room and a flat screen smart TV. Also equipped with a good size kitchen , dining area,1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Towels and bed lined are provided. The holiday home has a garden view ,a patio area with table and chairs for smoking and sunbath ,get fresh air etc.
The home is near a general hospital with a good size A&E department , a train station, shopping mall and big super markets such as Tesco, Aldi , Sainsburys are nearby. Not forgetting a convenient corner shop right at the door step , same street at the and of Scotland street, coop a few hundreds yards away too.
Nearby is also Wicksted park a famous local tourist attraction in Kettering, very good for families with kids to visit, even adults!
First house is nearby main link roads ,namely A14, M6 , M1 and M11 access.
Leicester is 39km/24miles from the holiday home, while Milto Keynes is 40km from the property. The nearest airport is London Luton Airport ,63km/39miles from First house.
Being a terrace house obviously no specific designated parking however free street parking available ,on the street of the property and all the streets around the property less than a minute walk from the house have free street parking.

Issues that need to be addressed

Wet towels in washing machine. All cutlery & crockery & pots & pans were dirty & had food stains left on them, we had to wash everything properly. Leaking gutters which caused flooding in the kitchen had to use the towels to dry the floor. Unable to have a bath as no bath plug. Cooker need’s updating as cooks very slow & is very old. No oven gloves, no tin opener, no cooking trays. Main front door need’s replacing broken pane by lock on the door with just a piece of wood covering, door very weak for security.
