The two units are completely separate, making this an excellent setup for two families, couples, or groups traveling together. Everyone can enjoy their own private indoor space while sharing the pool, dock, tiki area, and other outdoor amenities.

OUTDOOR OASIS & BOATER’S PARADISE

Deep-Water Canal & Direct Ocean Access: Bring your boats and enjoy convenient access to some of the best fishing, diving, snorkeling, and cruising in the Florida Keys.

Dockage for TWO Small Boats: The mounting bunks from the former boat lift have been removed. However, the pilings and overhead beam track remain in place, and the additional open space now allows our guests to dock two small boats instead of just one. The boat lift itself is not available for guest use.

Fish Cleaning Station: Conveniently equipped with running water and prep space for your catch of the day.

Commercial Ice Maker: Keep your coolers stocked and ready for boating, fishing, or beach days.

Private Saltwater Pool: Enjoy your own private pool featuring a salt chlorination system, which generates chlorine from salt rather than requiring traditional liquid bleach to be added directly to the pool. The result is water that many swimmers find softer and more comfortable on the skin and eyes. Pool heating is available upon request from November through April for an additional $150 per stay.

Tiki Bar with Bluetooth Speaker: The perfect spot to enjoy drinks, music, and time together by the pool.

BBQ Grill & Fire Pit: Enjoy outdoor meals followed by relaxing evenings under the Florida Keys sky.

High-Season Booking Policy: During January–April and June–August, reservations are Saturday-to-Saturday only.
