"Comfortable accommodations and had lots of extras. Thank you for having a set of hiking poles which came into good use on one of our harder hikes. Our family loved sitting out on the deck to have our coffee each morning and hearing the sounds of the river. A bonus was being able to walk to fly fishing! Would book again!"

"The most amazing home! The amount of detail in the accommodations were more than satisfactory. Home was clean, beautiful & comfortable. We felt at home the minute my family walked through the door. We were a group of 10 that never once felt crowded or bored, the indoor activities were perfect, something for everyone's entertainment. The property outside is beautiful & well kept. The host responded immediately to all communications; Laura was so helpful and kind in all of her responses. She was more than willing to go out of her way to meet our needs. When we return to Estes Park for our next vacation, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but this home. I can't thank them enough for all they did and all they were willing to do to ensure a welcoming & safe trip for us"

"I don’t think we could have found a better property for our family of 10 ages 6-73. Easily could have fit another family or 2. Very well stocked with things to occupy the kids, the hot tub was in excellent condition, and the layout of the home itself had so many different areas for the families to have their own space. Basement is like its own 2 bed/bath apartment with its own mini kitchen. Upper loft did get warm during this mid-August heat wave but there were at least 15 fans placed throughout to help draw in the cool air at night. Spotted plenty of mule deer roaming the property and the humming birds were around constantly. Beautiful views in all directions."
