Clean. Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, blender, etc. pool serviced while we were there. grocery shopping across the highway. Fluffy towels, bathrooms well supplied.

We had an amazing stay, this place was everything shown as well as more!! We at first were worried about the location being so far from Duval, however we could not have been more wrong. EVERYTHING you could want or need you can walk to, we were very happy with our stay and the host. Thank you. Don’t hesitate to book this unit, we will be back!!

Family Vacation

We came to Key West for a family vacation and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was wonderful, very spacious for our 3 families, and clean. The private pool was our favorite feature. The views from the balcony and observation deck were stunning. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to conveniences and downtown. Kelly the Concierge Girl took care of our grocery shopping, it was so nice to show up and everything was fully stocked for us ahead of time. The rental agency also recommended Bone Island Rentals for the golf cart rental and we were very pleased with their service as well. We would book this place for any future stays!

Great spot for families

This spot was so great for our stay in Key West. I had my husband, myself, our 2 children under the age of 2 and my in laws. There was plenty of space, the pool was great for kids. It’s not near all of the action of Duval but it’s only about a 10 min drive.

Beautif home and very clean. Spacious and a wonderful place for extended family to gather. Lovely views and quiet but a short car ride to downtown.We needed to call for one problem (which was our fault) and issue was promptly addressed. I highly recommend this property

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed having the space to spread out at the house, the porches with the beautiful view on the back of the house with the ability to see the sunset, and the pool was amazing - loved the shallow end for sunbathing plus stairs to ease entry to pool. It was great having a garage - especially a plus when visiting in the warmer months. Easy walk to grocery store. The drive to Front Street area/Duval was not an issue for us once we were acclimated.

Great property and managers

Our stay was amazing. We went as four couples to stay in this house. We requested an early check in and actually got in early! The only problem was that we requested all beds be converted to king size and that had not been done. However, I called and asked them to come change them and they did. The house was very nice. The pool was very small, but still refreshing. They could use a little better cleaning as the dishes we pulled form the cabinets were dirty, but this was probably from the previous renters and not housekeeping's fault. Overall, a great experience, and management righted every issue! Thank you for the wonderful stay. Everyone enjoyed.

The on line photos were a true reflection of the property which was really helpful when marking the booking. Location, size of property, presentation of the neighbouring houses and street scene all really good and exceeded my expectations. So much so I would like to re book again for next year. By exception, the only negatives would be to fix the broken shower in Bed 3. Address the overall quality of the shower in the master bed (no water pressure and limited hot water). Finally, as a family vacation house we made use of the washing machine which was dirty / mouldy in side and smelt, having not been used for some time. Just needs to run a cycle when the property is being cleaned.

Great condition. Alyssa was very responsive and Kelly the concierge did our pre-Thanksgiving shopping. The catered Thanksgiving dinner from Melissa (suggested by Alyssa) was superb. An easy drive to the places in Old Town, convenient to the airport. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

¾ time was a wonderful place to stay, quieter but very conveniently located. The only issue we had was a dead garage door opener which was quickly remedied. We arrived before check in and were able to store our bags at the main office with no issue, highly recommend - a beautiful space!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately it was cool and we could not use the pool. Also we were not prepared for the stairs to get to the main floor. It worked out but one in our party has problems with stairs and it was a slight struggle for him. The view is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved that it was close enough to all the fun but far enough away to relax. Very clean and the host was very helpful. The only problem we had was that the kitchen had no basic spices. Salt/pepper, foil, etc. we went to the store and purchased all of that but other than that everything was perfect!
