Fully appointed, new kitchen with all new appliances, washer/dryer in unit, comfortable private back patio oasis with comfortable furniture for lounging and entertaining. and outdoor Shower. End unit, in a gated community. Conveniently located in the Shipyard Complex of the Truman Annex just steps from the active lifestyle of Duval Street, shopping, dining, and night life. Also steps from Mallory Square for gorgeous sunset views and the new Truman Waterfront Park. Assigned off street parking for 1 vehicle.
