Great location! Very comfy for a family of 4. Short on basics.
We are a family of four (6 and 9 year old kids) and stayed for seven nights. The location is terrific being within walking distance of everything on and around Duval, as well as the Truman Park and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. If there was a longer walk such as to the Butterfly Conservatory, we took the free bus, and we only did that twice.
Everything was comfortable in the condo: beds, seats, couch, dining. There was plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to make your own food.
Our only complaint is the lack of basics, such as toilet paper (only two rolls provided for a family of four for 7 nights), no body wash, shampoo or conditioner (there were two small, hotel-sized bars of soap provided), and while the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and other cookware, there was not anything like cooking spray. We ended up buying those types of items at the grocery store or Walgreens.
Overall a great stay and would stay here again! Compass Realty was helpful when I had any questions, and they helped us out with a late checkout on our last day.
