Fully appointed, sleek kitchen with all new appliances (oven/microwave combo unit), lighted kitchen drawers, washer/dryer in unit, comfortable private back patio oasis with comfortable furniture for lounging and entertaining. and outdoor Shower. End unit, bike rack right outside, gated community. Conveniently located in the Shipyard Complex of the Truman Annex just steps from the active lifestyle of Duval Street, shopping, dining, and night life. Also steps from Mallory Square for gorgeous sunset views and the new Truman Waterfront Park. Assigned off street parking for 1 vehicle.
Please note: This property will require a minimum of a 28 night stay.

The property was very clean and very thoughtfully updated. Kitchen, bathroom, linens, and towels were all well stocked. Loved the little details such as cabinet lighting, motion sensor lighting in bathroom, access to proper plugs and usb(c) chargers in every bed stand. Loved the patio and outdoor shower. Overall an amazing property and once of the better one we have stayed at. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 💕💕💕

Nice Property! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed all the nice neighbors around the area. We love staying at Truman Annex it’s truly the best place to stay in Key West! Check in could of been easier, we had to go all the way to the office to get the key. Where other places have lock boxes right at the property. So that is kind of a pain. The property itself is very nice. A little louder outside than other places we stayed at in Truman. But it’s only because of the road behind the property. It backs to I believe Angela St. However we would definitely stay here again. The only thing I thought could of been better is the floor could of been mopped. Maybe it was before we got there but didn’t seem as such. Again, we would definitely stay here again! It’s a very nice unit. Convenient to Duval and everything you want to do in Key West!

Very nicely decorated. Modern kitchen/living room. Comfy bed! Love the veranda!!!! Would like to know where the couch came from because it was so functional and comfortable! Hard to find both in a rental! Coming back to Adrift!

This property was very clean. The back patio is amazing-like another living space. The kitchen is state of the art. We just didn’t know the microwave and the oven are the same. Would stay here again.

Modern updated condo close to old town and Duval

The condo is wonderfully updated with brand new touches. Automatic lights fill the drawers and bathroom. The kitchen is completely redone with brand new appliances. There’s a 65 inch smart tv which is nice to use in down time. There’s a lovely back yard with a deck, deck furniture, a grill and outside shower which is a nice touch for after going swimming at the beach. The location is one of my favorites in key west. Close to the action and convenient assigned parking. Another perk of the place is a washer and dryer for doing laundry. I would return to this location as I prefer the Truman annex area and this was a nicer unit of the bunch. The only negative thing I have to say is the grill didn’t seem to have any propane, but perhaps it was my own fault and I did something wrong. Otherwise a lovely place overall. I would recommend it.
