If I could give this place a 0 I would. I am not a picky person or one to complain because I understand "things happen". But the listing is absolutely not what we got after driving 8 hours with hopes of this place being everything we read and expected it to be. 4 kids and 2 adults, so 6 ppl stayed in this rental. The listing did not mention anything about bugs, but they had a flyer on the fridge letting us know that we may get bug bites but to rest assure it is not bed bugs and that it was no see ums' . Had we known this prior we would have brought our own bug spray. The listing mentioned covered parking, but in the email after payment it said "please do not park in covered parking spaces". There was not enough towels provided for the amount of people plus the pool. There was also not enough trash bags for the amount of people plus the amount of days we booked it for. The fridge was rusty and the handle was loose. The dishwasher was not working due to a pod being left in there and hard as a rock. The pull out couch had what looked like an old sheet on it, but there was a set of new bedding. The cable in the living room and second bedroom did not work, but the master bedroom did. The bugs were horrendous and caused all 6 of us to have scabs from the amount of bug bites.

It was easy to get to and clean.

This place was right off the main A1A road and easy to get to. They had an elevator if needed or stairs. They have a little market at the entrance. It was close to the beaches.

Don't do it unless you like dirt

Beds are nice, good night's sleep. Refrigerator is rusted, toaster doesn't toast bread, dirty. Cleaning crew doesn't clean well. We left 2 days early, I couldn't stand how dirty the place was

My sister had gone back to the room and couldn't get in, being the Key Pad on the door wasn't functioning properly. So I had to leave what I was doing and Uber back to her to try and figure out the situation, being that nobody from Vacasa would answer my phone calls or text. After trying for an hour and my family having to sit outside on the floor. Luckily, another renter saw us and allowed us to use their restroom. This was a complete inconvenience. The problem was that the zero on the Keypad isn't functioning properly. It wouldn't even register that you were pressing it. It didn't light up, didn't make a noise or anything. Finally, after over an hour of being locked out, the Key Pad registered and let us in. I then had to pay for another Uber ride back downtown. The unit was perfect for our family once we got in. But we should be compensated for the inconvenience plus the 2 additional Uber rides to and from downtown. The $50 that we were offered doesn't even cover the Uber rides. Something further needs to be done. And the fact that we're just now able to communicate with someone is unacceptable. This should have been handled last night when we were having the inconvenience.

Great visit

It was a nice get away, not too far from Duval Street. Management checked to make sure everything was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean property, well maintained

Clean property, well maintained. Unit was as described. The only issue we had was trying to get information about bedding for the sofa bed. We sent 2 emails and called once and talked to someone to try to find out if there was bedding for the sofa bed. The person we talked to said he would put it on high priority and get us an answer. No one ever answered our emails or called us back about that issue. There was bedding there when we got there but we didn't know if we needed to bring things. Very disappointed with Vacasa.

Good place to stay

This is an older property but it is well maintained. The furniture is older and could use a refresh. Be aware that the runway for the airport is right next to you. We heard planes a few times a day but nothing at night. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and there were plenty of towels.

A bad 70’s decor

Furniture was not what shown. Not to mention STAINED cushions and chairs! DUST piled on top of both entertainment centers in both bedrooms. And the overall smell was NOT clean. If there was a bucket and mop I would have gone out and bought Fabuloso and done them myself! Coffee cup and dishes had chips in them.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. We did wish we could check-in early and weren’t allowed. Also we had housekeeping entering our room before our check-out time. We hadn’t done a check out and had to tell them we weren’t ready to leave yet. Facility was nice, but definitely felt rushed to leave, which was a major negative. Plus we payed plenty for our one night stay!!

Worst VRBO experience yet

I could write a book with how disappointing our stay was. There were several things wrong with our stay. The gym and laundry were opened over an hour late. We had limited towels, no dish washing supplies and no one on location to supply us with the additional things we needed. There was a scheduled 2 day power outage that the management failed to inform us of. We happened to find out from over hearing staff talk about it in the breezeway and only after spending $100s on groceries. We had work to do online and planned on mixing business with pleasure and was forced to cancel work meetings due to not having power. At the end of day 1 with no power we found an empty Styrofoam cooler big enough for 2 six packs on our doorstep. This is after our food already went bad. We contacted Vacasa several times only to be promised a call back from a mysterious manager that happens to never be at work. For 5 days we called and even went in person to be told that "Victoria" was out most of the week and would conveniently be in the day we left. They were adamant we NOT come back and assured us that "Victoria" would call us at 9am sharp. Despite their promises we came in person at 8:59 am and the office was closed despite their advertised hours of 8am-5pm. We waited awhile and no one showed. On our way home this "Victoria" called and was very defensive, claiming they did everything they could to rectify their lack of communication and the money we spent on groceries. I even contacted VRBO to have them intervene and as of yet their only response was to wait for Vacasa management to contact me. Overall I am very disappointed with our entire experience. There are other issues with our stay but this is the main points.
