Fantastic place! Super clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable, air was nice and cold, bathroom was spotless with a nice shower. The overall grounds and building were very nice. Close enough to all the action but far enough away to sleep well. The staff was outstanding. We will be back :)

This place is beautiful! We stayed in the Fuente room upstairs for the week of our wedding. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and checkin/checkout was very easy. Our room had windows on 3 sides which provided plenty of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. We were busy with family for most of our stay so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool and downstairs area but maybe next time! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants a peaceful oasis near downtown. *Note that there are a lot of stairs.

Week get away
We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Loved it and would definitely stay again! The neighborhood felt more residential, which made it peaceful, yet it was still an easy walk to the downtown area. The hosts were fantastic communicators and even recommended a wonderful dinner spot nearby (The Little Pearl). The property was quiet, with most guests being couples in their 40s. Our room was excellent—timeless décor, spacious, and perfect for the two of us. I also loved being able to choose our room, and it looked like there were plenty of other great options as well! Plus, having a local gym just a two-minute walk away was a great bonus.
