Imagine a traditional conch home in the Solares Hill section of Old Town. MAISON TROPICALE is stunningly restored then decorated in a post-modern style with vivid colors and sophisticated decor. Every room is adorned with colorful art and has been furnished with unique show pieces. This brilliant decor is set against a backdrop of original Dade County Pine walls and hardwood floors throughout a classic Key West home. Best of all, MAISON TROPICALE is located at 510 Frances Street, a quiet street considered by many to be the 'Park Avenue' of Key West. You can stroll a few short blocks to the Key West Seaport or enjoy the nearly 20 restaurants within short walking distance of this amazing home.

THE LIVING AREA...

The family room and dining room of MAISON TROPICALE are an open plan, with vaulted ceilings, French doors and high window transoms on either side. The second living room and its attached home office are also bright and airy. The kitchen has double French doors to the deck and is equipped with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer.

THE POOL and JACUZZI...

From the family room, you can hear the soothing sounds of the waterfall that flows from the custom Jacuzzi down to the pool. The entire back courtyard is very private, whether you are relaxing on the side deck, floating in the pool or loosening up in the Jacuzzi.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• First Master Suite: Located on the First Floor with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the side porch, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

• Second Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower.

• Third Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the full bathroom across the hall with a shower and tub combination.

Big open rooms. Lots of palm coverage over the pool keeps it from being too warm. Off street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.
