Really enjoyed the Condo! Perfect for our vacation! This particular house is near the corner of a small street and main road, so there was some car noise, but became white noise after first night. The property is just wonderful! Would stay here again for sure!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. Great location and several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and I loved that we had 3 full bathrooms. The master bed is the most comfy bed I have ever stayed in for a VBRO- good job!

We just returned home from our vacation in Key West. Our Vacation home was beautiful with bright colors (Island feeling)and very clean. Our Property Coordinator Nadia was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. There is a beautiful,good size pool located in the gated community ,we enjoyed very much! We will be back !

The property was excellent; 3 bedroom home on gated community. The house had everything we wanted or needed. Elizabeth from LastKey was the perfect concierge; attentive, conscientious but not obtrusive. Every room was clean. Downstairs cable TV was out, but who watches TV when they are enjoying Key West. Wonderful experience.

Charity with Last Key Realty was great. Great communication. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Literally the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. Private community was a bonus. There was a welcome binder that was a great perk to our stay. It had local restaurants and recommendations as well as helpful instructions for the home. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The best part about this property is it looked exactly like pictures! Rentals are not always what they seem. I can verify this is exactly as it looks on the listing. Thank you for having us!

This was a very nice house and pool in a gated neighborhood. Fair amount of Street noise but we got used to that. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially driving around at night. Never could find any of the local grocers.

Need a metal spatula for the BBQ and a broom and dust pan. Ice dispenser not working. A bit tight for six adults. Loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. Noisy back yard traffic. A lot of mosquitoe bits in the early evening. Nadia was quick to respond and check in on us.

Our stay at Octupus's Garden was perfect! The house was decorated so cute and had more than we expected! There was an outdoor grill, sunscreen, beach chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels! Each couple had their own full size bathroom and bedroom with a king size bed. There was even a blow up mattress for our 2 kids to sleep on! The location was perfect! Only 10 minute drive to Downtown Key West! Laura, our guest services coordinator was super helpful. Anytime we text or had a question she was very responsive! She even gave us some suggestions on restaurants and things to do (although the property did have a book which listed any information you may have needed). The swimming pool was quiet and relaxing after a day of walking around and sight seeing! We also enjoyed that there was plenty of parking in front of the house so we didn't have to struggle finding a spot! I would definitely recommend Octupus's Garden for any stays in Key West!

Overall impression was pretty standard. You could tell that it’s a rental. The maintenance is lacking such as the icemaker did not dispense ice. The filter on the refrigerator has never been changed and that’s the water tasted. Horrible . There was an overwhelming smell of rotten fish in the kitchen sink area but the bathroom in the master had mold in the shower stall which made it very uncomfortable to shower. The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep although this is not the homeowners or rental company fault but there should be something in a review that lets future customers know this could potentially be a problem for them I could go on, but these are some major points that need to be taken care of. I feel in this home.
