    Paradise Island Suites is a little hidden gem right in the heart of Key West, one block off Duval. This is a 5 unit building with a private shared pool, just what you need to be right in the action of the Key’s. Fausta’s grocery is one block away as well, Thirsty Mermaid (8 apps for happy hour) Roost bar is also right around the corner, amazing little corner bar, beautiful decor and wonderful drinks. If you have the opportunity, make reservations at Latitudes, it’s an ugh end restaurant on a private island right off Kew West, amazing food and sunsets. Shopping is close by as well as the popular hot spots- Sloppy Joe’s, Irish Kevin’s (best music) the accommodations had everything you would need and the AC was cold. The host was attentive and responsive. This is a little hidden gem all should consider when staying in Key West. Also, for the best boat excursion use Christy with Namaste All Day- we took a full day tour and wow, it was the best day at the sandbars and snorkeling.

    Location! Location! Easy to walk from one side of Duval to the other, well stocked grocery store within a 2 minute walk, Tons of restaurants and bars with a few minute walk, unit was well maintained, managing company was very responsive, kitchen was minimally stocked to cook, pool was small.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best part was location! Location! Easy to walk from 1 side of Duval to the other. Tons of restaurants minutes away, well supplied grocery store within a 2 minute walk. Unit was well maintained, Booking company was very easy to work with, kitchen was minimally stocked, pool is small.

    Location was superb - walking distance to Duval, and both coast sides of the island. Pool was nice - the shared parking situation was tough (due to other parties staying there with a transit) but highly recommend

    It was a cute place near Duval and the pool was great. The seating around the back patio was not nice, and the cushions were old and dirty. Parking was okay, but we were blocked in every day by workers, not guests. Kitchen was extremely dimly lit and basically useless. The bed pillows were really flat (there wasn't more to double up) and there was an ink stain on the sheets (more on that later). There was only 3 Toilet rolls for 6 people and we had to go buy 2 extra rolls. There was only 4 towels for swimming but we had 6 guests staying. The Bad: The 1st morning we were woken by a tree being cut down outside our window, then chipped/shredded and we were not pre-warned. Following the tree cutting there was an unfortunate sighting for my wife provided by one of the workers, BUT the host did comp us for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated. The next morning at 6am a Garbage truck emptied trash bins from businesses (not residential) and it was ungodly loud, followed by workers working on the suite behind us, and the following morning was equally as loud. Suffice to say if people want to go to Duval and enjoy the night life, DO NOT stay up late or you will be punished in the morning. Finally, the third day we did laundry and someone prior to us must have put an ink pen through the wash because we had multiple ink stains on our clothing, and I received no reply when the host was alerted. I would not recommend it for peace and quiet in any capacity.

    Property was excellent! If it had a second bathroom even a half bath would tremendously be an access! That was the only downside with 4 people. Parking can be an issue but, we were able to work it out with the other tenants.

    Location is a double edged sword: short walk to attractions, bars, restaurants, and groceries, but property faces the rear of several Duval establishments that use wheeled dumpsters that are emptied every morning with a lot of noise! Directly under approach to Key West airport. Pool area beautiful, we grilled there one night, excellent. Property is starting to show its age. Service was excellent: one minor maintenance issue (smoke alarm) rectified immediately.

    Unfortunate stay at this place. Outdated, broken items, uncomfortable beds and no smart TVs. Location is the only good thing. Pool is heated and clean but the back yard is unkept and unsafe. Poor communication when issue arose. Limited towels. Tried to use dryer and found it broken the day before we checked out and explained we had no towels and clothes were laid out to dry. It took them 2 hours to respond AFTER we messaged them again. The response was “we will let maintenance know” and then no one showed up with towels or repair. They are on time with telling you what they need but do not help when needed. Very sad that we expected a beautiful get away and this place did not live up to expectations. Just lack of care.

    Clean beds and towels but need new pillows. Need more toiletries than small bar of soap. Minimally furnished living room. Floors filthy. Dryer didn’t work. Parking single file in driveway for only 3 of 4 units. So lots of car rodeo. And expensive public parking if your unit loses out. Convenient location. Responsive location.

    The Paradise Suite was exactly what we needed! Close enough to Duval and all the attractions however still tucked into the neighborhood, which is very cool! The rental was very clean and exactly how they present it on the site. Having a pool and parking was a real bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

    You seriously cannot beat the location. Super close to Duval and very walkable. The space itself was clean upon arrival and the host company was very attentive and responsive. They sent reminder texts as it got closer to check in and check out which were very helpful. A fully stocked kitchen (minus the food) and plenty of clean towels. The only thing I wish they had more of was toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as the containers provided are extremely tiny and you will most likely need to purchase more or bring your own. Additionally, I advise bringing your own hair dryer and the one provided is a tiny plug in the wall and not super powerful.

    Everything was as described, clean, and well appointed. We didn’t want for anything, the place was set up with all the necessities. Coffee, paper towels, pool towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Even came with detergent !! Cold fridge, range, microwave, dishes, etc; the list goes on and on. My one and only complaint, is one of the many roosters in the neighborhood started crowing, right outside our bedroom window, starting at 4:30 am. Grrrr….. Other than that, it’s a nice place !!!

    Great location

    The unit was comfortable and in a great location. The pool area in the back was very nice and plenty of room even when sharing with people in other units. The pool was clean and warm. This is located 1 block from Duval and a reasonable walk to just about anywhere. The roosters have no respect for our sleep - but that is the case anywhere on Key West! :) We loved our stay and will stay here again if we return.
