Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and the view. It's a bit on the outskirts of downtown so if you're driving, you need to leave enough time to find parking which is a bit of a chore & can get expensive but that's not the property's fault, just something to keep in mind. Accomodations were great, loved the king size beds and coziness of the condo.

Key West Relaxation

After you have visited Duval Street with all the restaurants, museums and shopping you will appreciate what this condo has to offer. This condo offers you the relaxation that Key West also offers. The beach is directly across the street from this unit. Plus there are beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards you can rent. The condo book is filled with all the information you need.

Wonderful condo at a great resort

I rent a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. It was very clean. It was very comfortable and I have to specifically comment on the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a condo. My friends said their bed was very very comfortable too. Also the location of this condo right by the pool is very convenient. And to sit on the patio and enjoy the wildlife out in the wetlands was very peaceful and enjoyable. I would rent his condo again.

Perfect get away!

The space was perfect, and well maintained. The local community members were very nice. The amenities were awesome and the pool/hot tub were perfect! We would definitely like to book here again in the future. The property manager was quick to respond when needed and very friendly as well. At least 10-15 minutes away from the action on Duval. However, we took an Uber to Southern most point ($12ish Uber ride) then hopped on the free duval loop transit; this was so much easier than fussing with car/golf cart rental and way cheaper. All around a great vacation!

A nice place to stay on the quieter side, great management

This place is a nice place to stay if you’re looking for something on the quieter side… it’s about a ten minute Uber into Old Town/the gay area. The best part of this place is the management. She was quite responsive to our questions and needs and went above to send us our wardrobe that we forgot in the unit. There was an issue with one of the linens and she had it fixed that day. It was nice to be working with someone who was on top of things.

Nice place in a good location...

If you're looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath rental, near enough to Duval but quieter than Old Town... this could be the place for you. Located across the street from the West end of Smathers Beach, you're only a 5 minute walk away from the ocean. And, the community has a small, but nice enough, pool area to enjoy. Inside the unit, both bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of closet space and drawer storage. The living area is large and has comfortable seating as well as a large screen smart tv...and as an added bonus the kitchen is updated. The owner/management was very attentive and made the check-in and check-out easy.

Great place away from the Duval and basically on the beach!

The property is well kept. Pool and recreation area are clean and well maintained. The condo is very nice, a bit dated. Beds are comfortable for us, depends on what firmness you enjoy. Water pressure in the shower is great! The view from the balcony is serene. We enjoyed watching the birds and stone crabs. The beach is right across the street. It is quiet at the complex, very respectful of others. This is not a timeshare, you will be staying in a complex that people live in. Heads up to anyone driving a truck or large SUV, the assigned parking space can be challenging. The beach is Easy to get to with water sport options, umbrellas and chairs. We would stay there again.

Great condo

The condo is in a quiet gated neighborhood only a few miles from downtown. Easy to access by car, golf cart, or bike, and is very close to the airport. It has a nice pool and hot tub and is directly across the street from the beach. The manager is excellent with communication. A mattress topper or new mattresses would be lovely as the springs are noisy and unsupportive. It has a minimally stocked kitchen with dinnerware, serving bowls, cookware, and cooking utensils. Some of the cookware was ruined. Recommend a griddle for cooking things like pancakes. Note that the manager did offer to find more plates when we told her there were only four, but we had already bought paper products. Hopefully, this will be rectified for the next guests. There were no dishtowels or dishcloths; only a very old sponge was available to wash dishes with. I would consider staying here again because otherwise, it was a nice, clean, well-located condo.

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Working with the listing agent was great. Ahead of our trip, we were alerted that an elevator was down, so our reservation was seamlessly changed to a different condo with a better view. I recommend this place at a great price.

Place is very spacious. Kitchen has most of what you need. Ocean is very close. Condo is on the 3rd floor, elevator only worked 2 out of our 6 days. Do open and close patio door carefully, as it does vibrate the walls.
