Dwelling was immaculate, inviting, and very spacious! Balconies on both sides made for a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The place was very well appointed and had everything needed for a week long getaway.I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Key West who is looking to be close to attractions, but not so close that you can’t mind some peace of mind.

This condo was EVERYTHING!! The location is incredible, close to all the action on Duval. It's super quiet, peaceful and stocked well. Definitely planning on staying here again.

The conds was the perfect size located walking distance from everywhere on the island. We loved the front and back balconies. It had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and sweep up. The pool was wonderful. The whole area was clean and maintained. We loved meeting people at the pool, restaurants, beach and just walking around. We will definitely book with Braden again.

Loved it!!!
Great condo! Had no problem finding it or getting in. Everything was as expected l. Neat, fresh, and tidy. Close to Duval and Mallory Square. Easy walking everywhere we wanted to go! Highly recommend!!!

The perfect get away
The place was exactly what we expected. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities. A front balcony for the morning sun and a back balcony for a shaded afternoon. The location was walkable to all the historic attractions and restaurants and the community pool was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be coming back

Annual Mom & Daughter Trip
The condo was perfect for our annual birthday trip - wonderful location within walking distance to Duvall St, shopping and restaurants; super cute condo, and we really enjoyed the front and back porches! Braden was also a wonderful host - worked with us to rebook our reservation after a last minute change of plans thanks to a hurricane. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay
We enjoyed the added touches. The outside patio having a cover so we could sit outside and stay in the shade. Allowed us to keep our luggage only in the condo so we didn’t have to haul it around on the day we left. Any time I had a question, the manager replied immediately. Best location and very clean. We had a great stay.

Great Vacation
We traveled with my 18-year old son and his friend and found the condo to be perfect for our needs. There was an air mattress available, which was convenient. The kitchen had what we needed and the W/D were a huge help! We did let Braden know that one of the legs on the couch looked like it was about to break, and he had someone come to fix it quickly. We found it most efficient to contact Braden via text - he was very responsive!

Truman Annex
Our stay in Truman Annex was great. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, clean and the owner was gracious to allow early check in. The location is so convenient to everything and works perfect for us every time. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is awesome too making packing way easier!

Perfect Place
This really is the perfect place to stay if you're going to be hanging out in Key West. It is close to everything including beaches, restaurants, shops, boat dock and of course Duval Street. You don't even need a car as you can rent bikes and ride everywhere. This property is in a gated condo community and was clean, quiet and safe. Excellent communication with the owner throughout the process.
