The room we stayed in needs improvements. There is no dresser or shelves. The bathroom needs painting and the sink faucet is rusty. The walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors (including the ones that are 2 doors away). The breakfast was fine except for the expired yogurts and fresh fruit that wasn’t so fresh. The plastic cover on the fruit has many cracks. The pools and hot tub were great. Location in good.

Property needs some serious maintenance. One guest cut their foot on a broken tile in the hot tub. They are working on painting the outside but let it go a little longer than they should have. The rooms shown on Expedia make them look much larger than they actually are. Bathroom was exceptionally TINY and fixtures desperately need replacing. Room was clean but the building we were in had a funky smell, unpleasantly funky. Housekeeping only made the bed and left towels on the bed, No cleaning or new linens during our week. Several of the guests we spoke with commented on these specific things mentioned. Parking is expensive and extremely difficult to to get in/out of but at least it was on site. Overall, it’s not bad but could be excellent if managed better. Doubtful we will return. Great location but needs work. Hate leaving a review like this but had we known in advance we may have chosen a different option. All in all we had a nice stay.
Very tiny bathroom, sink had no room to put your toothbrush down.

Exceptionally Beautiful historical property. Regular & heated pool plus a hot tub surrounded by amazing landscaping & open late was a plus! Friendly staff, awesome wine with cheese & crackers for afternoon snacks. Complimentary breakfast was really nice. Starbucks coffee & hot chocolate dispenser available throughout the day. The room was nice with a private balcony overlooking the pool. The only complaints I have are- there is zero free onsite parking besides ONE spot in the rear alley. Thankfully we got it because if not we would have had to pay for parking around the block because the tiny pay to park lot they had was full, also, there were only 2 electrical outlets in the very small room- one behind the bed that was very hard to get to and one across the room by the bathroom, bring a plug bar if you need to charge or plug in more than a couple things, also the extra $40 something due at check in was kind of frustrating, the room was very small & old with a leaky old window ac unit. It was clean and the bed was comfortable so that’s a plus.

The receptionist was lovely. That’s where the good ended. The place needs an overhaul, and a deep cleaning. I don’t mind staying in a low budget hotel if I pay a low budget rate. I paid a lot of money for two rooms for two nights. $2,500 for two rooms, two nights. The rooms were an ok size. But linoleum floor boards were not lined up and had gaps. The bathroom door didn’t close. Paint was scuffed. Deep, gross stains in the bathroom floor tiles and grout. Chipped tiles in the hall. Holes in the wall in the bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. No closet. No shelf anywhere in the shower. Cheap towels. As I said above, if I paid budget prices I could deal with it. But this was no budget price, so these things really bothered me. It would not take much of an investment to fix these things and make the stay more pleasant. The kitchen staff were fighting behind the door by the breakfast area during breakfast. It was just overall a big disappointment.
Shower floor needs a deep clean or replacement
