The condo is very nice, partially remodeled. Common areas are a nice but beat up. Great location. The construction next door limits access to the restaurant and shopping area.

Great location for skiing

Large 2nd story 3-bedroom/2-bath unit facing side of building (away from construction), good for family and hosting friends. Plenty of seating. I gave it 4/5 stars for 2 reasons: It would have been helpful to have a dresser in the master bedroom as the bottom drawer of each nightstand was our only clothing storage option (aside from closet with 2 hangers), other bedrooms each had dressers. The second reason is VERY minor: there is one bench outside of a bedroom making it very convenient to take off boots. There are several other areas where it would have been helpful to have benches closer to the main entrance. Having some other options to hang wet swimsuits/towels from hot tub (and wet, sweaty ski clothes) that wouldn't damage wood cabinets would have been helpful, too. Some of the kitchen drawers had some minor wear/tear making opening tricky but it did not impact our stay at all. The proximity to the gondola and River Run village is very convenient (<10 min), even with the construction between building and gondola. Furniture was in good condition, plenty of room to sit and hang out, plenty of clean silverware/plates/etc, large island and dining table was very nice. We would definitely rent again. March 2024.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needed some repairs. Furniture scratched, patched ceilings and walls that never were painted, light bulbs out in bathrooms. The property is bordering a new construction zone, so there was constant noise. The walkway shown on map was closed down as well for the construction. To get to the Keystone activities, it required a longer walk out to the roadway. Not exactly what we envisioned when booking. Pool was freezing even though advertised as heated. No air conditioning in units, which seems standard. However, with the loud construction it was not ideal to have windows open. There were never pool towels as listed, so we had to use our room towels when visiting the pool. A few days into our stay, we had to call to request more towels due to this. They were delivered the following day. We enjoyed the Keystone resort area and the offerings. Potentially would look into a different resort next stay in Keystone.

While it was comfortable overall, it could use some updates. Communication from Summit County Mountain Retreats was very good—clear, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the location. With the current construction of a new hotel, access now requires going down and around, which was disappointing compared to past stays at the Springs.

Amazing location, even saw two moose!

This condo was very close to River Run gondola and easy access to slopes. There’s a lot of construction in the area but still a nice walking path. The heated pool was fun for the kids and hot tub was relaxing. Only downside was laundry machines versus private laundry in the condo. Would love to vacation here again.

Longer walk to the gondola than it used to be

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be aware that the Hunky Dory parking lot is closed and that area is fenced off for construction of a new building. This makes for a longer (and muddier) walk to the gondola from The Springs. The gondola was closed due to high winds a couple of times so the walk was about .25 miles to the lift on the other side of the bridge. You may want to look at other properties in the village area as they will now be a shorter walk to skiing each day. Not a deal breaker, but it should be mentioned and kept in mind.

One couch was like a college couch (LOL) because the cushions were torn and when you sat in it, you sank! The comforter for the king bed had stains on it. We asked for a replacement around 10am and even if they checked I. With us, a replacement of a blanket wasn’t dropped intil 9pm at night. I think the key puck up location needs to be mentioned in the email too. Whatever the case, we had a ton of fun!

So many emails with information. Got there and there was a giant hair in one of the beds that was supposed to be clean. Condo only marginally clean. Also a $200 additional charge with no description.

It is in the perfect location and is just the right size! It is always well-maintained and clean and the property management is always super helpful if we need it! We enjoy hiking and eating out so this condo is in the perfect location for all of that. We will definitely be returning year after year!

It was disappointing to arrive and find out no bike parade, petting zoo, fireworks etc were happening.
