Planning on staying again!

Kids enjoyed having there own rooms on different floors, for multiple adult couples this location gives each couple plenty of privacy! Hot tub adds a really nice touch on the balcony!

Three private suites accommodated 3 adult couples well. Close to mountain. Hot tub was nice and hot at 103 :) Full kitchen.

Weekend Getaway in Keystone

The property was great for our family and visiting mother in law. Each having your own bathroom is a big plus. It was equipped with everything needed to make it an enjoyable weekend. Having the hot tub on the patio was great. It is located near the highway, so cars/trucks passing by at night with the windows open was a little bothersome. Overall a great property right in the heart of keystone.

Convenient stay for ski weekend

The place was very clean and nice. Close to mountain house and Peru lift which was super convenient. Hot tub was AMAZING but is close to the highway. If you want more secluded, I probably wouldn’t choose this place but overall it worked perfect for us. Check in is at 4:30 PM and I asked if we could check in early if it was ready and it would’ve been a 15 few for every hour before 4:30. I thought that was weird.. we’ve stayed other places where they don’t care if we check in early if the house is ready.. so that was kind of annoying. But we had a good time nonetheless

Girls weekend in the mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Rasor Court. The condo was clean and we were able to cook meals easily. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is located on its own floor which gave everyone plenty of privacy. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the games we found in the game closet! We loved our time and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect fit for our group of 6. It was convenient to River Run village but across Hwy 6. Due to lots of traffic, it was challenging to turn left out of the condo location to drive to River Run. The online photos made the until look bigger than it actually was in person. The condo was super clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The private hot tub was fantastic!

Lovely Condo!

There were 6 of us that stayed in this really nice, lovely condo! We really enjoyed the entire space and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary dishes/pots/pans etc. Everything was really clean. We loved the location. The only thing I would say to pay attention to is the ONLY parking for this condo is the 2-car garage. Our vehicle did not fit, and it was stated on our check-in page that we could not park on the driveway. I had never imagined this would be a problem. I went to the adjoining neighbor and luckily they were the owners of their condo and said there is parking behind our unit. There was a nice guest parking lot ride behind us that was never close to full. So thankful for the kind neighbor! We would definitely stay here again, bringing a blowup mattress though next time as pull out couches are not very comfortable for a 17 yr old. :)

Overrated

We stayed at this property due to its convenient proximity to Keystone Ski Resort, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to 8 different issues. The towels were dirty, the towel rack in the third-floor bathroom was broken, and the dryer barely worked. Hot water ran out after two showers despite the property being advertised for 10 people, and the water temperature in the showers fluctuated wildly either cold or hot no inbetween. The first-floor toilet leaked, the fridge’s water filter was overdue for replacement, and none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked as advertised. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

Great condo.

Great condo. Parking was a problem because we had 3 vehicles. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. I could not find a way to park anywhere else legally. Unable to pay for parking on line and no one was available to help.

Great townhouse/convenient location

Had a great time here. Location is very close to resort or shuttle parking lots and restaurants. GPS didn’t take us to the right home, so be sure and follow directions to the unit from the checkin instructions. Townhome is three story with the garage, one bedroom, & laundry room on entry level. Kitchen, living, deck/hot tub and master bedroom on 2nd level, and third bedroom on 3rd level. Deck floor is heated so even with snow you can get to the hot tub which was really nice. This is a two unit townhome so there was noise from the other unit. Could hear them talking and yelling through walls, but that was also while they were watching a football game. Garage is very low clearance, like 6ft so our f250 was too high to park inside and you cannot park in the driveway or you block the other units garage, which means we had to obtain parking off site. Just keep in mind if you have a taller suv/truck. Garage is heated so it was perfect for storing the gear at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, Overall we had a really nice time in this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: General stay was good. We would appreciate next time to let us know that repairs were going to happen in the property during our stay. I was nursing my son when I got surprised but a few workers on the window claiming to the roof. Workers were also blocking our garage and using power from inside the unit.I would say that cost is very high for what they offer - no amenities no tennis or swimming pool or gym .

Bring your own cooking pans, the ones provided are impossible to cook on, an upgrade to a new set of cheap pans would go a long ways. Should be clear that there is only parking for 2 vehicles and a third will have to pay to park ($25-night off property). Great location, hot tub perfect after a long day.

Perfect Family Ski Vacay!

Great fun for the kids. Property was very clean and stocked for meals. Hot pot was awesome for hot chocolate. Watched family movies with Amazon Fire stick (provided) which was awesome. Great access to Silverton for shopping and restaurants. Great free sledding hill between condo and Dillon with walking path to Lake Dillon. We skied at Arapahoe Basin which was so close, affordable and convenient. This was our first family ski trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. No complaints. Only thing would be to warn people about the steps. It was fine but with bad knees not ideal. The staff was receptive when we worried hot tub was making a funny noise. They came right out. Otherwise we had a wonderful week. Sheets were nice. Access to 3 suites was so perfect. We had our two kids and their loved ones and it was so nice to spread out and have privacy. Would rent again. Price was just right. Loved the art work. Furniture was warm but it was nice to be comfortable.

Good place to stay in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are a lot of good things about this home. Three masters and an outdoor hot tub with views of the slopes and sunset were awesome. Kitchen was very well equipped. The loft is small, and I think shouldn't count as a bedroom. Nice fireplace in living room. Easy drive to the lifts. Our only gripes were that the occupants of the other unit parked in the driveway instead of the garage, which was not allowed, making our garage access very difficult. The management would not do anything about this. Be careful driving into the garage-there is curved trim that makes the outside sides of the entrance shorter than the center so watch your rooftop rack.

Disappointed

Booked this place because of the private hot tub which turned out to be broken for the whole duration of our trip. There was also a layer of dust on the floor in the whole house when we checked in. There was a note saying to take off our shoes and after 30 mins of walking around the house, our feet were all dirty. Not sure they even cleaned the floors before we checked in. This was also listed as 4 BR which actually turned out to be 3 BR and a loft with a sofa bed so our two year old ended up in a pack n play in one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the rooms were decently sized and the place had everything we needed. Just wished they had cleaned the floors and fixed the hot tub before we showed up.
