Great Property in quiet area

It was a great property. The location was nice and quiet, good lighting and windows. It was a little outdated, but completely functional, and it didn't take away from our stay.

The palace of keystone

This was such a huge palace to of lived in for a month. Will def have to book again here soon! Everything was so detailed cleaned and prepped for us. We alllllllll LOVED IT.

Nice. But second bedroom is loft. Not private.

This place was gorgeous. Spacious. Convenient. Worked well for three adults on a ski vacation. Just note that one of the bedrooms is open, not private. Morning light comes in early upstairs (no shade). Also, hot tub was advertised but was out of order. Management company was not polite or kind or willing to work with us about this false advertising.

It was clean and the staff was nice. Sadly, there was a broken bed which ruined the trip for others, and the response was that we could get $25 back. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was fine except for a few issues. The downstairs bathroom sink was completely clogged making it barely usable. The downstairs bathroom had a bunch of hair in it from a previous guest. The fan blower on the gas fireplace made very loud noises off and on, which was bothersome in the evening when trying to relax. Aside from the above mentioned cons, overall the place was nice. Very convenient to Keystone ski area.

The Place Was Awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the rugs, blankets, and all the kitchen stuff (except a pot...there were not pots, just one large one). The bed was great, and everything was awesome. It's just always the directions and getting to a place that is very stressful. We had a hard time getting there, figureing out the garage, and identifying the building. Maybe texting that with the address would be better, it was like the address will come in a separate email, and it was dark and very hard to find. I didn't realize the garage was in the construction zone, not the first entrance...all this clarification would have made it easier. Overall a great place.

Birthday Get Away

1st time VRBO user. Reservation process, payment, and insurance was a bit confusing. Got payment answers with inquiry. Checking in with office was required when we got to town as didn’t clearly understand how I would get door keys. Will need to figure out how to reserve 1st / Ground level accommodations going forward. Getting suitcases and bags to unit was challenging. Each trip down was carefully planned due to long stairs to climb to get back. Even with that - did enjoy the view being so high. Suggestions for reservations from? April to ? September - no need to open all sink cabinets AND no need to set all thermostats to 65. Might want to include map of complex showing where pool, hot tub, trash dumpster, etc. are all located. Didn’t think of using humidifiers until night before departure for high altitude effects until we searched for departure instructions. Windows / screens - I knew before coming unit would not have AC. That being said - at least 1 window did not open, at least 1 screen was missing, other screens looked like they went about to fall off and had gaps letting a bee in. In addition - we did use fans in unit but you might consider ceiling fans in living and or dining room area as well as each bedroom. Hats off to maintenance - found 1 master bath sink was draining real slow and almost overflowed 1st morning. After they left - friends didn’t hear them come and when we mentioned they had already fixed it - main flr bath was doing same thing.

Great property for a family - close to Keystone

The condo is comfortable, clean, specious with beautiful views. Kitchen has everything you need and enjoyed the fireplace. Our family of 5 had enough space to connect and separate. Highly recommend.
