Family Ski Trip

Overall a great stay. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, as was loading and unloading the condo. Aside from that, I would definitely use this VRBO again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for our group of 8. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. The only complaint would be there is only one parking space provided. The shuttle pickup is close to the condo so that was a plus. Communication was timely and helpful.

Amazing family vacation

We had a small family vacation for Fall Break and visited Colorado. The condo was very cute and had an amazing view and location. It was an older condo building but everything was kept up well and a perfect place to relax and have fun for all ages.

Perfect Family Getaway: Spacious Rooms, Affordable Price

It was an amazing place to spend quality family time. I highly recommend one of the best properties in this area. However, I should mention that the internet is slower here. Apart from that, it is the perfect place for families, offering spacious living spaces and numerous rooms at an affordable price.

Great Location and Very Clean Place

We had a family of 12 stay in this condo and the accommodations did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities described on VRBO. This location is close to the slopes. We have stayed in a number of places and this was by far the best we could have hoped for.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

The space was large and accommodated our large family. Very clean and communication with the property manager was easy and helpful! The pool and clubhouse house were a great bonus! Would highly recommend!

We love this condo

We have come up to keystone every year for five years. We Absolutely love this Comfortable, clean, well stocked Condominium. People in these ski towns are always so friendly and helpful. Fishing is great, our kids love the pool and we love the hot tub.

Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided, the shuttle to the lift was so easy and quick, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though this condo was in a building, it was very quiet and we could not hear any neighbors. The view from the front window was beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: We love staying down by the lake where we can walk to activity center, lake, food, etc. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub along with feeding the fish early in the morning. The condos are very quiet and seems like we are isolated from neighbors. However, this unit really needs some windows worked on along with window screens.

Parking leaves a lot to be desired as there was no garage access and the lot is off-set from the main entrance. Management company (for key pick-up etc) was unhelpful in securing an early check-in and the check-in offices were a total dump. Amazing experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented an unit in Decatur. It is very close to the keystone resort. Had a great time. Awesome views of the slopes and glad it snowed. Excellent service. They accommodated 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Clean rooms and the kitchen had all needed utensils and all basic spices and ingredients. Extended the checkout time by 4 hours for just $20. Enough rooms to accommodate 10 guests. Highly recommended.

Large condo with great views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group of 8 had plenty of space in this beautiful condo. We visited during Memorial weekend when Keystone is pretty empty. Plenty of parking during this time and usually had the pool to ourselves. We came to sightsee and hike. We enjoyed ourselves. Overall the condo was in great condition. The refrigerator's temp control was broken and our food and drinks didn't get as cold as we would like. Nothing spoiled and its a minor issue. The condo is well furnished to make you feel at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 days in June. The location is excellent, just a very short walk from the Keystone Lodge and Conference Center. The property is large and spacious, nicely appointed, and the kitchen is very nice and new, lots of dishes/cookware. Leather furniture in living room is comfy and attractive. The two upstairs bedrooms are very nice with en suite bathrooms. TV and internet worked well, though internet was weak downstairs. Only complaint was that it was quite dark downstairs, some of the lights did not work in the downstairs rooms. Overall, a nice place. Management was excellent, very responsive and organized.

Nice Place, Only 1 Parking Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice and has a good amount of space. We had a group of 12 people staying that came in from different parts of Colorado. Thus, we had 5 vehicles between all of us. I know parking is a limited commodity, but we only had one guest parking spot at the condo and Keystone's guest lots cost $25 to stay overnight. Thus, a reasonably priced condo was $200 more than we expected. I understand why this is but I don't believe this information was included in the rental page prior to booking so I wanted to let people know.

Tales of an extended family vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as nice as specified, with the normal difficult to open/close windows one gets in a big condo. A fair bit of road noise from highway 6. Big problem is the keystone parking policy. They have signs everywhere threatening to tow your car despite most parking space being empty. The only legal place to park overnight is a 10 minute walk away and costs $25 a night. Only 1 parking permit for a condo that sleeps 12 seems odd. Will not stay at Keystone again unless they fix the parking policy.

80'S WITH A HINT OF UPDATING

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all, this rental fit our needs just fine and was more than spacious enough for everyone. It is a short 2 minute bus ride to keystone mountain house slopes, so access to skiing was top notch. This lodge appears to have been built in the 80's, and the owner has done a few things to update it, but it could use some more. Positives...- Easy slope access- Well stocked kitchen to make your own meals- Great view- Very spacious- Family friendly, stocked with games, card table, wifi, TV in every room, Could sleep up to 14 fairly comfortably- Wood burning fireplace with free firewoodNegatives- Lighting was completely inadequate. Some switches didn't work. Almost every room was very poorly lit. This entire unit needs more lighting.- Toilets need replaced. To flush several of the toilets, it required you to hold on the lever for about 15 second, otherwise it wouldn't flush.- Unit could use some more outlets. Basically, it was obvious the unit was build in the 70s-80s and the electrical and plumbing hasn't been touched since. - Tub/Showers were VERY slick. If you were taking a shower in any of these, you had to be very careful you didn't slip and fall. They could use some type of anti slip surface to prevent an accident.Overall, this unit served our function just fine, which is the reason for a high rating. However, when we visit again, we will likely look for other options to stay at that might have up-to-date amenities, lighting, and plumbing.
