Great location, close to lifts

It was a perfect space for two families with kids. 5-7 min walk to lifts. Very convenient!

Nice walk

Tenderfoot is a nice walk to Peru Lift. Around 5-6 minutes. Also easy to access the bunny hill for our youngest skiier

Clean and beautiful place to stay. One shower door doesn't close. And the there isn't much air flow, we needed fans on constantly during the day to cool off.

Tenderfoot 2640

Nice clean condo. Loved there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the underground parking too. We were disappointed the red wall featured in the ad was now white. That wall was the draw. The most comfortable beds are the bunk beds in the kids room. The King and Queen beds are super hard and the pillows are flat. Found more pillows in the Master closet that helped. There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and only 4 washcloths to use. We enjoyed our time there for the most part, just not the beds.

Roomy, comfortable, light and bright, updated condo

There is a new light colored huge sectional that replaces the red one in the pictures. Its pretty and so comfortable. Great spot to gather and hang out. The condo is big and roomy.

Good stay

Only thing bad was we couldn't keep any ski boots or skis out in the hall. We had 10 of us and that many skis, ski boots and gear in the entry and it was horrible. The locker wasn't near big enough.

Nice place to stay

This condo was very functional and had everything you need. The underground parking was great. The condo was very quiet and warm. We didn't even run the heater while we were there. It really is a quick walk to the ski area. If skiing, you would want to do your rentals and lessons out of Mountain House. The bus is certainly available to get you to River Run, but everything you need is at Mountain House with fewer people. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

2640 Tenderfoot

We had a wonderful stay at the 2640 Tenderfoot condo. The space was perfect for 6/7 adults. We were happy with the location (~5-8 minute walk to the slopes), the beds, the showers, the available cooking tools and appliances, the washer/dryer, the grill, and loved the balconies. The only real negative was that the hot tubs were closed due to Covid, but of course we knew this beforehand. One thing that was not clear in the check-in package: We were only provided one parking pass with a "designated parking spot" and instructed to only park a second vehicle in guest parking. However, there were no designated parking spots or designated guest parking areas in the underground deck, so the instructions were not clear. In the end, we parked 2 vehicles in the deck and did not have any issues parking in whatever spots we wanted. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone!

Nice unit, bad location

The unit itself is fine, but the location is not good. It is right by the highway and is very loud, especially when we were there during the summer and needed to open windows to keep the unit cool (there is no AC)

Our neighbors was terrible and made complaints about how noisy we were at 5 pm on Friday.

Then we got charge from hoa for it... I will not be comming back

Spacious, great location

Great place altough if you travel with adults it only only sleeps 7. Full size bunk bed will not sleep 4 adults in my opinion.

Great Location

This property was great! The location was perfect and it was a short walk to the lifts with our kids. The building and condo were well maintained and the hot tubs had a great view of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!
