「Kelsey in the dining area was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed here several times and she’s always so great. I do wish you carried Chobani regular yogurt rather than that low fat one with the fake sugar. Lit us hard for people with gut issues to digest and not recommended by any registered dietician」

「Very spacious hotel with plenty of lounges to relax in. I would recommend keeping lounge TVs on a weather station or something calming instead of a news station. I appreciated the fitness room and the ability to relax with a mixed drink in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.」

「The hotel was advertised as non-smoking but the room had been smoked in. The filter on the a/c was disgusting (we checked that to see if we could improve the smell). There was no trash can in the room.」

「Staff was nice. The room was very dirty and still had hair in the shower and trash and leaves from previous stay. Sheets had stains」

「The room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets. There was a toilet brush cleaner outside the door. Cigarette butts were scattered on the stairs leading to the room. We had to stay at a different hotel because we did not feel the room was clean to sleep in.」

「Property advertised a pool but didn’t have one. Room doors barely locked. Dated and old furniture. Hall and room smelled musty and fishy. Bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. Didn’t look like carpet had been vacuumed in room for a long time. Found a used McDonald’s cup under the chair. A hair clip in the bathroom. Prepaid for two nights thru Expedia and left after the first night it was so bad. Couldn’t get a refund but had to go get another room and pay because it was so unbearable.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, as soon as we walked in we noticed the smell of cigarettes and something also, didn’t have enough towels and no toiletries, property is very outdated!」

「The place was just perfect for what we needed. Just stay after a game and it was correctly priced for what you get. Theres an indoor pool, breakfast, rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are a little outdated but that didnt bother us. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.」
