We loved everything about this condo. Extremely clean, had everything you needed for cooking and beach adventures. Really close to public access beaches. A quick drive or a lovely walk if you wanted. Coffee on the lanai for sunrise and sunset dinners were the best.

Nicely updated Condo with great view of the 1st hole green. One of the few updated condos in the complex. A well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. West facing Condo. Easy walk to the Shops, market and the Golf course (Blue) at the Wailea. We had a great time and definitely will be back.

Great Condo! Great Location! communication with Vascasa rental management was not accurate. they tell you there are not any beach chairs etc even though photos show you they do have.

Great location and clean condo

Condo is in a great spot to get around Wailea. Was clean and well stocked. Only two issues: 1. Bathroom door squeaked horribly - so any middle of the night bathroom visits woke everyone up 2. Living room couch should be a fold out. We were four ppl - me/my husband, my mom, my son. Clearly my 18 yr old didn’t want to share a bed with grandma…but the couch wasn’t exactly made for a 6’3 guy. Foldout would’ve been much more helpful. Small things, really. Would def stayed here again.

I sent messages several times inquiring about the beds in this property. The listing said one king and two twins. I confirmed with a representative that pictures were incorrect and there were two twin beds that were made into a king. At arrival I found there to be two kinds beds, no twins. One of our party slept on a blow up mattress for two weeks!

Needs improvement

Owner did not provide enough towels for this unit that sleeps 4. Owner only provided 4 old bath towels, 1 old kitchen towel, and 2 old beach towels. Floors are old with dirt imbedded in the floors. Patio is beautiful but, only useable in the morning. Even with the drop down shade cover it’s to hot to sit out there until the sun goes down. We would not stay in this unit again.

Grand champions

We enjoy the grand champions for its proximity to restaurants and the informal pools. We meet interesting people and always have a relaxing time. Great golf, beach and walking opportunities as well.

Bright & Comfortable

We are family of 4 w 2 adult daughters and this space accommodated us well. There was enough living room seating space for all of us to watch movies together. Overall, we liked the location. However, be aware the golf course groundskeepers start work at 4:45 (lawnmower has headlights) 3 days a week including Sundays which was simply insane. We greatly appreciated the beach equipment and towels. There’s also a boogie board and sand toys which we did not use. Nice community pool area including 3 gas grills that people were enjoying. Barely adequate kitchen, 2 pieces of drink glassware-lots of plastic which is functional but was a disappointment as we ate many of our meals in and I don’t like to eat/drink in home meals w plastic. Only 1 dish towel and no hot pads for which we had to use said dish towel when we cooked. Also zero in the way of condiments and spices (including black pepper) and no coffee grinder so bring already ground coffee, and no coffee filters for coffee pot (Melitta #4). Nice kitchen knives. The mattresses were very comfortable in both bedrooms but the bottom sheet did not fit mattress so we were constantly having to fix that during the night. Also, odd that though the info on site said 2nd bedroom could be made into two twins and when I requested this I received an terse email telling me to just cancel our reservation and find another rental. It was fine as we have daughters and they are ok sleeping together but still odd. Another annoyance was we did not receive any information on details of location and access until right a check in. I found that to be discourteous. Overall, clean, light filled condo on golf courses w westerly view (not ocean) but beautiful sunsets. Kitchen utensil upgrade and some simple niceties would make this an ideal rental for a family.

Gorgeous Wailea

This condo was nice, clean, had plenty of towels, and in a great location. The twin beds were a little short for us, we were two adults, are feet hung over a bit. LOL But very nice comfortable mattresses. The best is the nice AC units. This unit does not have the old window air conditioners, like most of all the other units in The Grand Champions complex. It has the Mitsubishi wall AC. If your staying in this complex, this a great unit to choose. Vacasa was great to work with as well!
