Please Note: Kihei Akahi charges a $25 Guest Registration Fee at the time of booking ($35 starting November 1, 2025). If you plan to bring a second vehicle, an additional $5 per day parking fee will apply.

Guests can enjoy access to two sparkling pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas throughout the property. Resort quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Families are welcome to use the open greenbelt areas, though ball games and similar activities are best enjoyed at the nearby beach park. Pool toys are permitted for assisted swimming only. The condo's location is one of its biggest perks. You're just steps from Kamaole Beach Park II, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset strolls. A short drive brings you to Wailea and Makena beaches, famous for soft sand, turquoise waters, and luxury resorts. Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
