「We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay.
The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want.
The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent.
Check in was so easy.
I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left.
Highly recommend.」

「Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.」

「Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also...

「Perfect stay, had to cut short due to a family emergency but everything was perfect. Was clean and easy to check in communication was clear. Only downside was it was rather noisy tbh you could hear the street quite abit but still a solid 9.5/10 easy. Furnished really nice too. 」
