「Room was clean, small with no chair. Breakfast was very good good variety except no real butter just spreads. For two evening there were functions that ran late and created a lot of noise. Finally the key card kept getting deactivated which meant I had to go the the reception a few times to get it sorted.....must be a better way! Despite all this the price was good and the essentials were in place.」

「This was one of our absolute favourite places we stayed at on our vacation. The property is absolutely beautiful and quite luxurious even at the lowest room rates. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Shoutout especially to Terry in the dining area for her exceptional service and lovely personality. She made us laugh and smile. The breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.」

「Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). 「The rooms were lovely and the staff was fabulous, the valets especially went out of their way to help us. We adored the family room with the bunk beds, such a great idea for families traveling with young children so we could all be together but have designated space for everyone to sleep. We also loved the pool and waterside, kids couldn't get enough! We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Loch Lomond!」
