「Horrible customer service. The staff, management, and owner were all arrogant and unprofessional. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this business based on how customers are treated.」

「Enjoyed my time there even though we we'd leave in the early morning and return late night. I wish the bed was bigger and that the TV worked. If was difficult for two normal sizes adults to sleep on what felt like a slightly larger than a twin size bed.」

「I loved everything about it! It's peaceful, quiet, friendly staff who leave you alone and don't bother you about anything, normal amenities like tea, bottles of cold water and snacks. If you get the 2nd floor I think you would have a very nice view as well. Also I'm a single female traveler from abroad The rooms are safe and you can bolt lock them from inside. The AC is kicking. Loved my stay and will be back soon.」

「The owners were so kind and helpful. This is THE hidden treasure of Kingston. Bob Marley beach is walking distance and the rooftop patio was breathtaking. The AC in the rooms was perfect to cool off after a hot day. This hotel also has a bar and the pool is cute and deep enough for the kids to jump in. The rooms are very traditional Jamaican style/decor and VERY clean. The wifi was strong and overall this was a fabulous likkle spot. Mi soon come back」

「The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

Nous avons pris un shuttle pour se rendre et revenir au début du sentier de Blue Mountain. Dire que nous étions hébergé chez Jay nous a permis de se sentir en sécurité dans cet environnement retiré」
