「On our last night our room key would not work. We asked for assistance but it was late and no one could get us back into our room. All of our clothes and medications were inside the room and we could not access them. They assigned us another room. It was about 2:00 am before they were able to get us into our room. Obviously the maintenance of the hotel is poor.」
