The cabin is in a beautiful setting, views don't get much better. The cabin itself is spacious enough for two families and it is well stocked with everything you might need. The pre Berlin wall Iron still works! The hosts were responsive and helpful. The cabin has a rustic charm however it needs a bit of money spent on it, the sofas have seen better days. That being said it wouldn't stop us going back.

Balbeag Cottage

Location is fantastic 10/10. Accommodation was spacious. The shower was great, could do with one over bath too as cottage takes 8 people. The owner was very friendly & helpful. A fab rural retreat! The property needs a deep clean. Our kids have allergies and we had to give it a better clean, hoover all over especially corners/edges and wash the floors. It does need updating. The sofas need replacing as they have seen better days and are dusty/dirty. The carpets could do with cleaning too. Some of the heaters did not seem to work.
