「The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. 「Had such a wonderful stay. Hosts were lovely. The building and rooms were amazing. I don’t think the photos do it justice. Breakfast cooked to order was one of the best I’ve had. Much nicer than staying in a generic hotel and at a similar price. It really is the place to stay if you’re in Elgin.」

「This place was very lovely. Very quiet and private. Super clean and the owner communicated very well over message. The only downside was that the website did not state you have to pay extra for pillows, bed sheets, and towels. For travelers that don’t bring this stuff be prepared to pay extra on top of the cost. Other than that the place was very nice. Wi-Fi only works outside the pod too unless you are staying in one of the closer pods like pod 1 or 2. 」

「Lovely stay, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable & very clean. Lovely welcome pack. Beds were really warm & comfy. The balcony was wonderful, watched the sunrise & the surfers every morning with a cup of tea. Didn’t want to leave had such a peaceful time. Look forward to going back. 」
