「The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!」

「My husband and I had 5 glorious nights at the Bothy and wished it could have been longer. Juliet and her husband were really helpful and accommodating, the apartment was lovely and comfortable, and quintessentially English, and we both fell in love with the sheep. 「The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. "Pls beware of check in time. It’s only till 10:30pm. I arrived just a few minutes after 10:30pm as there was heavy rain in pitch dark roads and I couldn’t drive fast enough, the reception was closed and all lights turned off in the common area. Luckily, they put the emergency number there, I called and they sent someone to give us the room keys in a few minutes. Other than that, the services of the staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. Parking right at the hotel front is also convenient. "
