"Enjoyed a lovely stay here, absolutely nothing to fault, had great communication with the lovely owner, and from the clean and exactly as pictured bothy to the relaxing hot tub to the comfy bed, it makes the perfect stay away. Will definitely be back!"

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"We had an absolutely lovely time at Burnbrae Cottage! The cottage itself is great, perfect layout for getting cosy with the fire on while playing board games and catching up with old friends. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was a great wee treat. Special mention to the owners and the staff at the wee bear café, everyone was so nice and welcoming and the cakes were out of this world!"
