The name of the hotel is Osakaya so please use that when searching- although that also did not work on some apps so we had to find it on the map ourselves. This spoilt our first day and we wasted nearly an hour! Lovely views from our spacious room"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...
