“I can't believe that I am a Hilton member and they charged me for bottled water!!! There is no way to adjust the temperature in the rooms, because of the cement ceilings and floor it was very cold and unwelcoming. All the construction made it difficult to enter and exit from the street side.. Not sure I would stay here again,”

“The breakfast bar had a great number of variety, including fresh fruits yogurts, which was really nice. The cleanliness was top-notch. Most importantly the rooms were well soundproofed. We didn’t have to worry about hearing the guest next-door to us like you experience some other hotels.”

“Beautiful facility and very comfortable.”

“這就是一間很中規中矩的飯店，沒有特別好但配上這個價錢似乎也沒有什麼不好。如果只是要省錢找飯店的話是可以訂這間”

“very good place ”

“I would never stay at any hotel that you are associated with”

“This facility had people just hanging out in the parking lot after dark. There were upsetting Halloween decorations everywhere and that was very dark and unwelcoming. The shower curtain rod was not securely fastened to the wall and looked like it would fall down. The buttons on the airconditioner unit were worn off and unresponsive. There were unpatched screw holes in the walls. The plate on the neck of the shower head wasn’t secured. There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower head……

“Picked pay at the property so my new credit card would be in & I could get the points. We got there & I was told she already ran my card on the Expedia account before I got there. There was no warning about this when I checked out. I e been to a million properties while traveling & have always had no issue paying up front at the time of arrival. I told her at the counter I chose pay at the property for a reason & you know what…she had already started processing the remaining balance on that same……

“Liked the room layout. Staff was nice. Room was clean.”

“The cabin was very clean! We were there the second week of October and had no heat or air conditioning, so it was pretty hot during the day and cold at night. I also wish there were hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. Be sure to bring your own soap because even the shampoo was a bar of soap and as a woman with long hair, it was virtually impossible to use. There was also a very large kitchen, but no pots or pans or even a toaster to actually use any of it. The pool and hot tub were very……

“Overall, a great stay. The only caveat is hitting my head on the bottom of the flatscreen TV when standing up from picking up items that were placed in front of it. Typically there is a dresser or something under a tv, so you don't encounter those types of issues. Some odd layout of the room with the lack of a closet, etc. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and nice. I would recommend staying and would look to stay again if/when in the area.”
