“This room was not suitable at all for a person with a walking disability and should be avoided by those that do. This fact was not clearly evident other than an indicator it had no elevators if one drilled to a description of other additional details in the property write up. As well, the restaurant attached to the property was not open before 11 am and therefore not available for breakfast at all! On site parking was available and room (once we climbed 2 flights of stairs to it) was clean and……

“Beautiful property and room! I stayed here on the last night of a week-long solo holiday in the Eastern Townships. I arrived on a Friday evening after the hosts were offsite and discovered that I’d booked a room on the main floor; I am a single woman travelling alone and prefer upper-floor rooms. I called the owner and explained the situation and she very kindly offered me an upstairs room at no extra charge. The bed was comfy and the toiletries were very nice.
