「Pictures of the hotel are egregiously incorrect. there are no ocean view rooms or for that matter any rooms with a view 」

「We had three rooms booked for a party of 6. The bathroom in one of the room was smelly and remained so even after the staff did some cleaning there. Most of the towels had a mildewy smell. I'd say about half the towels. Finally, the drain in the shower does not keep up with the tap. As you shower the soapy water starts to pool at your feet. Post shower you need to quickly wash your feet again. When I complained about this, they sent an electrician to fix it who said that is just how the...

「We only stayed overnight, but this property is beautiful, incredibly well mentioned and full of history, the restaurant is very good, and it is perfectly located in Kochi. Worth every penny. 」

「Staff were great. Restaurant had decent food including free breakfast. Location is excellent for Chinese market and water ferry, just a 1 minute walk. Other sites- 40 minute walk to synagogue and next to it is the Dutch palace. 25 minute walk for popular handwashing laundry- Dhobi Khana. Top bunk in the dorm room was a little too high for me, but slept well. Restaurant did not sell alcohol which is a shame, the hostel has a nice chilled vibe. 」
